Ray Conrad
Ray Conrad is Tahoe Partners’ Chief Executive Officer, primarily focused on the strategy and operations of the Sales and Market Development organization. He is a co-founder of Tahoe Partners.
Ralph Keipert
Ralph Keipert is Tahoe Partners’ President, primarily focused on the strategy and operations of the Consulting Services organization. He is a co-founder of Tahoe Partners.
Mike Berent
Mike Berent is Tahoe Partners’ Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm’s business operations. He leads the development of the firm’s priorities, initiatives, plans, performance metrics and key operating policies.
Bob Carpenter
Bob Carpenter is Tahoe Partners’ Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for firm wide financial operations and general administration.
Russell Maloney
Russell Maloney is Tahoe Partners’ Managing Director of Sales and a co-founder of the organization. He is responsible for the management and leadership of the organization’s inside and field sales force.
Greg Kling
Greg Kling is Tahoe Partner’s Director of the Ohio Valley Region. Within this role, he is responsible for client solutions and satisfaction, business development and management of the Cincinnati office.
Amy Widicus
Amy Widicus is Managing Director of Tahoe Partners’ Solution Integration Practice. She is responsible for practice management, solution leadership and service offering development.
Mike Crisanti
Mike Crisanti is Managing Director of Tahoe Partners’ Strategic Services Practice. He is responsible for managing the development of the Strategic Services solution offerings, monitoring the quality of consulting delivery, and growing the talent base of people.
Mark Glueckert
Mark Glueckert is Director of Tahoe Partners’ Enterprise Operations Practice. He is responsible for practice management, solution leadership, service offering development, monitoring the quality of consulting delivery, and growing the talent base of people.
Michael Huzinec
Michael Huzinec is responsible for the Performance Management division of Tahoe Partners. He is responsible for practice management, solution leadership and business development.
Billy Heintz
Billy Heintz is Tahoe Partners’ Director of Recruiting and Professional Staffing which includes managing Tahoe Partners’ Flexible Staffing Solution. He is responsible for the strategic sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding of all incoming associates, as well as availability management for all Tahoe Partners delivery consultants.
